Steve Maynard, AIA, LEED BD+C

Steve is a registered architect and LEED Accredited Professional with over 20 years of technical and project management experience. He brings to the office a career-long focus on sustainable and integrated design, experience with single-family and multi-family residential projects, and a steady laugh.

Steve holds a BS in Architecture from the University of Michigan and a Master of Architecture from Rice University. His professional experience spans from single family homes to complex transportation and infrastructure projects. With experience as an owner's representative, he is able to see things from the client's perspective and find ways to provide added value, insight and direction through design and construction. He holds many, many certifications and does not talk about any of them.

In his spare time he practices even more architecture and travels with his wife and daughters.
