Community Spaces at Avenue J

We were charged with creating cohesive opportunities for residents to connect with and in their community at New Hope Housing’s multi-family affordable housing community, Avenue J.

Our design solutions included interior finishes, indoor and outdoor furnishings, artwork, the design of two murals, and an interior wayfinding system that turned the building into a fitness space. The public areas of the property are pulled together with a unified feeling and a sense of connection to the neighborhood, creating unique spaces for residents to gather and experience new ways to use the common areas of the building.
